Ben leads the firm and our transformation and turnaround work. He brings 30 years of proven experience in complex organisational transformation, with deep operational knowledge, policy reform and strategic development acumen. He is at his best in a business under pressure, where decisions need to be made quickly and carried through.
Elaine leads our finance insights, analysis and compliance work, and the automation of business processes. With more than 20 years enabling growth and transformation, she is a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA Australia, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CCEP-I and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and combines practical experience with deep technical knowledge to maximum effect.
Anushia leads our operations engagements: pre-opening, and project lead for complex operations. With more than 25 years of working experience in finance and hospitality, including hospitality finance and audit training, she has closed policy-practice gaps and driven lasting behaviour change across multiple organisations.
Every engagement has a lead principal who is accountable for the North Star result and present in the business every week.
The other principals join for the parts that need them: a finance deep-dive, a sales process rebuild, a training programme. Where we need specialist depth, we draw on our partners and corporate advisory network rather than stretching to cover it ourselves.
